Jackie was so incredible to work with and we are so lucky to have found her to help us in our home search! As first time homebuyers, we were new to the process and Jackie was so incredibly patient with us and had every answer to all of our questions. She was truly looking out for our best interests, and guided us away from bad decisions that we might not have been seeing. Her knowledge of the markets, both macro and local levels, allowed us to avoid over-offering and to try and take advantage of deals when they presented themselves. Throughout the process, Jackie was very responsive and available to talk at any time and had great expert recommendations for all steps of the closing (ie. inspection, lawyer, etc.).
